I grew up in Kennesaw, Georgia — metro Atlanta, surrounded by good coaches, travel programs, and every resource a baseball player could ask for. I had the tools. What I was missing was a real plan. At 14, I stopped just showing up and started building a structure — daily throwing programs, position-specific lifting, intentional arm care. Once I committed to that consistency, the gains were undeniable.
That structure carried me through 7 years of professional baseball. Drafted by the Miami Marlins in 2018, Double-A, MLB Spring Training — none of it happens without the daily discipline I built as a teenager.
Now I coach at Blaze Baseball in Atlanta. Every week I see talented kids with everything they need except one thing — a system. Random workouts. No throwing protocol. Arm care as an afterthought. The talent is there. The structure isn't.
PlayerOS is that structure. Built from everything I learned across my playing career and the pro-level knowledge I brought back to coaching. Not motivation. Not hype. A daily operating system that tells you exactly what to do and why — for athletes ages 13–18 who are serious about the next level.
Structure over motivation. Every single day.
